What Is the Evotix Research Group?
Here at Evotix, we strive to put people at the centre of everything we build. UX Researchers, Product Designers and Product Managers work together with our various teams to innovate and drive forward our solutions.
We developed the Evotix Research Group to make sure we are speaking with the right people at the right time. Whether you have been an Evotix customer for years or perhaps you just logged on this week, we want to hear from you!
What Will I Be Doing?
Through our research group, you'll have the opportunity to share your thoughts in a variety of ways. Each research project is different, but once you've signed up, you might be asked to:
- Talk to our team about your experiences with Evotix solutions and how you approach day to day tasks and challenges.
- Join us in one of our customer workshops - help us enable users to get their job done.
- Give feedback on new designs and ideas.
- Complete a survey to help us learn more about how you use our solutions and what you need to accomplish.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What am I signing up for?
Signing up means you'll receive email invitations to participate in research with Evotix. You'll be helping us improve our solutions. We may ask you to try out a prototype or we might interview you to better understand your needs and how we can provide greater value.
How much time do I need to commit?
The time can vary from a 5-minute survey to an hour-long study session but we'll always let you know the time commitment when reaching out. Since our studies are remote, we're able to cover many time zones and accommodate your availability.
What type of participants are you looking for?
We're looking for a diverse group of people to help us shape the future of Evotix. Our needs are wide-ranging, and we want to make sure that Evotix solutions work for everyone. Regardless of your experience level, if you're over 18, we'd love to hear from you.
Can I participate from anywhere in the world?
Absolutely! Most of our research activites are remote and you'll be able to participate from wherever you are. All of our studies will be conducted in English.
What happens after I join?
After you complete the form, you'll be added to our research participant database. We'll contact you if we think you're a good fit for a study. You can always say no if you're not interested.
When we have a research study available that you're a good match for, we'll send you the full details via email. From there, you can decide if you want to participate.
How often will you contact me?
This will vary based on the studies we have coming up, but we'll only reach out when there is a study we think would be a good fit. Typically, you'll hear from us a few times a year, up to once every few months. Of course, participation in each of the studies is voluntary.
How will I be selected to participate?
We want to make sure that the studies that you participate in are right for you. That's why we can't guarantee that everyone who applies will be selected for one of our studies. However, the information you supply in the sign-up form will give us a better understanding of the types of research projects that would suit you best.
If there's a match, you'll be contacted via email with details about the research topic, the type of research session, the research dates and any other important details related to the session. At that point, if you choose to participate, we'll work with you to coordinate a time. Declining an invitation does not disqualify you from participating in future studies.
What should I expect when I participate in a study?
Every study is different. In some studies, we might ask your opinion on some ideas or show you a new design that we're testing. In others, we might ask what you think about using our solutions or ask questions to understand how you work.
We're looking for your honest thoughts and feedback. We want to improve by learning what does or doesn't work well for you. There are no right or wrong answers - we're here to listen and learn from your experience.
Do I have to do anything to prepare for a study?
If any preparation is needed, the research invitation will make that clear. Otherwise, you can assume that you don't need to do anything extra to prepare for the study.
What will you do with my personal information?
The information you provide will only be used to pair you with suitable research studies and won't be shared with or sold to external parties.
