SHE Software is delighted to announce a new partnership with Codeclan, Scotland’s digital skills academy.
Part of the Scottish Government’s Digital Strategy for Scotland, Codeclan was established in 2015 and is supported by the Scottish Government, Skills Development Scotland and ScotlandIS.
The organisation aims to help develop Scotland’s high-performing digital economy by boosting the numbers of Scottish tech professionals.
So far, more than 300 students have graduated from the academy – many from such diverse professional backgrounds as law, education and engineering.
As partners, SHE Software will work with the organisation to help develop relevant skills pipelines, advise students on working in the tech industry, and provide opportunities for graduates.
Chris Rydings, SHE Software’s CTO, said: “Codeclan encourages its people to challenge convention in their approach to work. As such, it has a lot in common with SHE Software, where we believe strongly in innovation.”
“We’re looking forward to working with the academy and its emerging cohorts, and playing our part in the future of the development of tech skills and the digital economy in Scotland and beyond.”
