At Evotix, we are committed to providing modern and intuitive health and safety solutions, so you have the right tools to engage everybody and keep your people safe.

That’s why Assure's User Interface (UI) has received a refresh. We believe this updated design will make Assure easier to use helping you create a safer work environment.

Our team spent the last few months conducting research and customer usability studies to gather feedback on changes they’d like to see implemented across Assure’s user interface (UI). The result? An easier to use and engaging platform.

The new UI has been rolled out on Tuesday, 13 September.

When will the UI be released?

Assure's new UI will be rolled out on Tuesday, 13th September.

Check out our Resources For You! section for supporting information.

How will this affect existing functionality?

These changes will not impact existing functionality. The main changes will relate to the navigation bar and design elements. Through the new navigation bar you can still access all your current functionality.

Does this affect Insights

Insights is not impacted by any of these changes.

What do you mean with responsive?

Responsive web design (RWD) is a web development approach that creates dynamic changes to the appearance of a page, depending on the screen size and orientation of the device or browser window being used to view it. This means the same information will be displayed slightly differently depending on which device you use so you can still see all the information. The updates we are implementing are designed to be responsive to the device used. Assure will become a partially responsive solution – while the navigation will be responsive across all Assure screens, many pages will still be optimally viewed on laptop or desktop.

Purple doesn't fit with our branding, can we change the colour?

With the release you will have the option to apply your own primary colour to Assure and AssureGO+ from the System Settings area. It will be possible to change to a different colour of your choice.

Please download the Colour Theme and Branding Guide from the Resources section for information on how to apply your own colour themes.

We have our own colour settings applied to Assure today. Can we keep those?

Existing colour settings which are currently built into customised settings will be overwritten by the new default colour settings. It will be easy for you to change the default colour settings and apply your own colours from a new Theme selector in the System Setting area.

Please download the Colour Theme and Branding Guide from the Resources section for information on how to apply your own colour themes.

Should you have any problems in changing the colour after go-live or want additional support please contact your CSM or our support team.

Can we opt out of the change?

Assure is built as one code base for all our customers, which means that releases like this cannot be disabled for selected customers only.

If you have any questions about these changes, please get in touch via the submission form below, so we can discuss this with you beforehand.

Can I try it before or is it an instant switchover?

This will be an instant switchover.

We have added a notification to Assure to make all logged in users aware that the to the the interface is coming.

On the 13th September we will add another notification to make them aware that the roll-out has happened.

To make the switchover as easy as you can access and share short demo videos and template email communication for your teams in the Resources section.

Who do I speak to if I have questions or want to give feedback?

Please use the feedback form below to send us any comments or questions. We will review these on a weekly basis and come back to you with a response as soon as we can. We will also update this FAQ with common questions that come through the feedback form.

Can we expect any more changes in the future?

We are bundling the most visible changes together in this refresh. We are planning to continue the good work with further updates later in the year. These changes will focus on improving usability across our platforms. Changes will be tested and reviewed with customers as part of the design process and communicated well in advance of release.
