Learn App Privacy Policy

Evotix’s Learn app and service is provided by Evotix as the Service Provider.

The data processed within the app including Names, Email Addresses, and Learning history are controlled by the Service Customer which gave you access to Evotix Learn, e.g. your employer. Any use of this data is managed by the Service Customer and falls under their Data Privacy policy. Please contact them directly to discuss the use of your data.

• Data is encrypted in transit between the app and the service
• On the Service, data is encrypted at rest
• Evotix is certified to the global ISO 27001 standard

Data Types

Service Customer

The Service Customer which controls the data used by the app collects the following information:

• Username / Email Address
• Learning History
• IP Address

The Service Customer must be contacted regarding their policy on the use of this information.

Service Provider

The Service provider collects the following information:

• IP Address
• Login Information (Username and Password) – To allow Login
• App interactions
• App info and performance including Crash logs, Diagnostics and other app performance data
• Device IDs

This information is collected to understand how the app is used and to inform potential improvements and customer support.

Service Provider

• Information which can be linked to an individual, will be retained for as long as instructed by the customer
• Any other information which is identifiable will be retained for a maximum of 36 months and then securely deleted
